National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin’s (NKFW) Spotlight on Life Gala was held on Saturday, January 26, 2013. Event proceeds support the transplant and organ donation awareness programs offered by the NKFW.

Help the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) support, educate and connect transplant recipients, donor families, living donors, and those who are still waiting for a life-saving or life-enhancing transplant.

At the Spotlight on Life Gala, “celebrity” healthcare dancers representing Wisconsin’s leading medical institutions performed with professional instructors from Fred Astaire Dance Studios in a Dancing With the Stars-style competition raising funds for organ donation awareness programs and transplant recipient programs. The dancers took time out of their schedules to shine a spotlight on the critical need for organ, tissue and eye donation in Wisconsin.
